Dr. Norris (Joe) E. Hunt was born in 1920. From 1940 to 1942, he served in the Royal Canadian Air Force as a pilot. After the war he attended Queen's University and graduated in Medicine in 1951. Dr. Hunt practised family medicine in Oakville and Huntsville, Ontario and in Inuvik and several communties around it in the Northwest Terrtories.
