Inuvialuktun host, Ishmael Suuyuq Alunik, introduces William Kuptana who is storytelling about his lifestyle when he was a young man, of when Inuvialuit gathered together including their traditional hunting and fishing methods prior to Whiteman contact, of the first Caucasian whom he met who was Steffansson, who came north with the Expedition, then William begins working and travelling with Steffansson and mentions how he was paid, and much more. William was then interviewed by his daughter Rosemary Kuptana about how they lived long ago, hunting, fishing, about their shelters, and more of his lifestyle prior to contact with White people.
