An account of the resource
Frank Cockney is storytelling of when his grandmother, his father in law, then mother in law passed away, of his grandfather's independence, of he and his wife’s and many other’s registered traplines, of living a worry free healthy traditional lifestyle, of hunting, fishing, snaring, trapping, of using their dog teams, one set of dog teams belonging to his wife, of Slim Semmler’s store and mink farm at Napoyak and his employees, of the construction of Inuvik in 1956/57, of people hardly living in the bush and the decrease in the trapping lifestyle began, with the young people’s lack of interest in the traditional lifestyle, since Inuvik was built and much more.
