Frank also speaks about climate change, about people changing, about hearing about climate change as well in the South with people freezing there, and the weather getting warmer in the North during the months when it should be cold, etc., about the new people changing about always wanting and asking their parents for money, compared to their generation who doesn’t bother their parents for thing like that, and learned these things from his observations, of interviewing people, and tells these things so that the young can understand and to help the next generation, and about since Inuvik started up, and with the big salaries with the oil companies, of not living right, of Can Mar Explorer One and Two, and the new hires have affected change in people.
